Add option to not set a GitHub release as latest.

If this already exists, please disregard the issue.

As title says, sometimes I don't want a new GitHub release to be marked as latest.
In my case, I have two branches, for different Minecraft versions, that I'm still maintaining.
I would like the releases from the branch to not be marked as latest when I release them.

Is this possible in the current state of the plugin?
