Create a list of known helpdesk websites with the link building fields

Each helpdesk software have it's own way of building links to work items for example:
Jira https://abapblog.atlassian.net/browse/HDL-1 where HDL is Project Key
Azure DevOps https://dev.azure.com/testCompany/testProject/_workitems/edit/411358/
SAP https://me.sap.com/notes/12314564

etc

The idea is to collect all possible links and prepare templates to build the links and for hyperlink detector.
