Create Brazil CONAB

Use public data from CONAB from Brazil:

• Download specific shapefiles from CONAB (https://portaldeinformacoes.conab.gov.br/mapeamentos-agricolas-downloads.html), see the excel. This subset of 27, after inspecting all boundaries in the CONAB public database, appear to be hand-drawn field boundaries:

• The merged subset can be found here as well. "FolderN" column contains the original pre-merged file names, including the year of the field boundary and the crop species.
• Add it to the data survey (optional)
• Make the template for the CLI (and contribute it back)
• Run the conversion and validate
• Upload to Source Cooperative
• Get STAC, STAC Browser and PMTiles
• Make nice readme for source cooperative.

Approximately 80k boundaries.

Some boundaries might encapsulate multiple fields so could be split by road line geometries to improve them.

Otherwise, filter them out by size OR potentially filter with randomly sampled points within each polygons, extracting NDVI time series to each point, filtering out boundaries whose points are too different in their time series of NDVI
