Drop python-setuptools80

Per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Setuptools_82%2B, a v80 compat package has been created for packages which are not yet compatible with setuptools v82+. It will probably take until the mass rebuild to determine which packages will need the compat in the meantime, and then porting to the new version.

My ansible-core PR was merged, but I did not notice that there is no % autorerelease, and I forgot to bump the Release manually. I will wait for the next natural rebuild -- Python 3.15 or otherwise.
