KDE shows upstream menu icon not custom ELN one since Fedora-eln-20260520.n.2

Since Fedora-eln-20260520.n.2 , openQA KDE tests on ELN are seeing the upstream icon on the launcher button (bottom-left corner), not the custom ELN icon we should see. Here's a screenshot from 20260520.n.2:

Nothing obvious jumps out there. I'm curious to see if rawhide is similarly affected tomorrow.

This doesn't seem to happen with 20260521.n.0. 🤷‍♂️ Looking back, this also happened with 20260519.n.1 but again fixed itself in the next compose.

That's a weird thing to be flaky, but I don't seen any changes over the last few composes which would have broke or fixed this. Race condition perhaps? Have you seen this with rawhide?
