How I get my best work done:

Listening to music and zoning out.

A healthy stream of communication.

The role I usually take in a team:

• I work well both as a leader and as a team member.
• I'm most often the person helping with good team communication like a mediator, time-keeper or the one in charge of the organisation.
• If no one takes the lead I will often step up and lead.
• If I feel like someone isn't allowing others to have a say I will say something.

My communication style:

I'm quite direct, I don't like the word confrontational and being made to look like the attacker, but I always feel the need for everything to be communicated honestly and directly.

I appreciate when people are reflective of their own behaviour. I will always try and see a situation from both sides and apologise for any mistakes on my behalf. I'd appreciate if everyone did that.

What I value:

Good listener's and patience and kind people.

I value when people know about Kpop lool.

What people misunderstand about me:

People sometimes misunderstand my directness as confrontational, but I'm always open to listening and coming to a compromise that pleases both parties.

Just take the time to talk it through with me I'm always open to listening to other peoples sides and coming to a shared solution. I don't hate you just because I disagree with you! in fact, I appreciate differences in opinion, it spices things up ;)

How I like to get my feedback:

I like people to be honest and direct with me but respectful.

I don't mind feedback in front of others or given privately, but if you feel it's a serious topic please contact me privately.

Technical strengths & weaknesses:

I like to design a lot so I'm drawn to CSS more but I'd like to practice javascript a lot more.

Interests (programming or otherwise!):

• I'm interested in the design of all sorts.
• I'm also a big film buff and I love k-dramas and k-pop.
  
• I love to travel.
• I play Netball
  
• My favourite anime is Hunter X Hunter

Ephie is such a star developer! She always has a strong knowledge base no matter what the issue or context is - I can always be sure that we will solve bugs as her input makes me look at things from a different angle. Her personality is also easy to get along with and her humour really is the icing on the cake when dealing with long or stressful projects! 💓

Really enjoyed working with Ephie when she was Scrum Facilitator! She has a real sense of calmness and is always thinking whats best for the team. Her mind maps of projects bring clarity where it was needed. 👍
