RA-005: Export Option Accessible Names Include Neighboring Help Text

Severity: Low / broader app accessibility debt

Environment: https://eviltester.github.io/grid-table-editor/app.html and https://eviltester.github.io/grid-table-editor/generator.html, branch codex/230-method-picker-mvc, commit 04570e0e428d.

Observed:

Accessibility snapshots show export option controls with names that include adjacent help-button text, for example checkbox "Show help for this option Use Quotes" and textbox "Show help for this option Quote Char".

Expected:

Option controls should have concise names such as "Use Quotes" and "Quote Char", while the neighboring help buttons should retain their own independent names.

Implemented the accessible-name fix in eviltester/grid-table-editor and published it to the test environment.

What changed:

• Moved format-option help triggers outside the form <label> elements so their Show help for this option accessible name is no longer folded into neighboring controls.
• Preserved the existing option help styling/hooks: .helpicon, .option-help-icon, data-role="option-help-icon", and data-help-role="option-help-icon".
• Added a component regression that decorates option help icons as buttons and verifies CSV controls are named Use Quotes and Quote Char, not Show help for this option Use Quotes / Show help for this option Quote Char.
• Added a browser regression on the app import/export CSV options panel using role/name queries against the rendered UI.
