RA-003: Method Picker Filter Button Text Contrast Is Below 4.5:1

Severity: Low

Environment: https://eviltester.github.io/grid-table-editor/generator.html and Storybook method-picker stories, branch codex/230-method-picker-mvc, commit 04570e0e428d.

Observed:

Computed browser-side contrast for method-picker filter/tab button text was approximately 4.08:1 for rgb(31, 111, 235) text on rgb(233, 241, 255) background at 13.33px normal-weight text.

Expected:

Normal-size text should meet at least 4.5:1 contrast.

Implemented the light-theme contrast fix in eviltester/grid-table-editor and published it to the test environment.

What changed:

• Updated the method-picker light-theme accent/focus token from #1f6feb to #0b63ce.
• Kept the active tab soft background as #e9f1ff.
• The active method-picker filter/tab text contrast now calculates at about 5.01:1, clearing the 4.5:1 normal-text target.
• Added a stylesheet regression test for the light-theme token pair.
• Added a browser regression that opens the generator method picker in light theme and checks the rendered active tab foreground/background contrast from computed styles.
