Summary

The review completed 3 main exploratory loops plus a final explicit review loop, using 6 delegated subagent lanes: command coverage, negative validation, docs consistency, UX regression, responsive/accessibility, and Storybook component parity.

Recommendation from the report: not ready to accept PR #247 as-is. The command catalog direction appears broadly useful, but testing found repeatable medium-impact defects around parameterized command examples, picker previews, validation/oracle consistency, documentation parity, and modal usability/accessibility.
