Bug Report - Band Pass Modules "Empty"

When firmware dated 12/30/2019 is loaded into Empyrean, the Linux ARM client will report band pass modules are empty in response to "list bands."  Immediately quitting and relaunching the client app eliminates this behavior.  If the Empyrean is reset, the bug comes back and client must again be quit and relaunched to clear it.  Previous firmware builds do not exhibit this bug.
