Issue Description

Because syncing from scratch with Bedrock is still problematic, using a snapshot is recommended.
With the move into the RETH era, it would be great to add a Storage v2 snapshot for Optimism to datadirs.optimism.io that we can use when op-reth 2.0.0 is released.
