1 - put all plots in one file (.ipynb) and explain what's going on
2 - put empirical threshold (at a certain score)
3 - create epsilon vs. walk_length graph

As I feared, most of the jobs got a memory error or timed out. I've re-run them (the ones that errored out only) with an increase in alloted memory and time. Should finish over Spring Break. I increased the max walk length to 250 from 150 just to see how high it will run.
