There could be better test coverage for the health checks mutations (crates/control-plane-api/src/server/public/graphql/storage_mappings.rs).
Phil and I were talking about it when working on the storage mapping gql api, and we punted because there's some complexity around mocking the journal client. I don't remember a lot of specifics, just making this ticket so we don't totally forget.
