Potential issue-- we fixed this in #10 for cases where we touch the 180 / -180 anti-meridian. That fixes things for all of the polar cells, since the base cells lie along that meridian but don't cross it. However, there is one mid-latitude base cell that does straddle either side, so we may run into issues there...
