Use requestId for _id ?

@dcrissman The requestId that you recently added to lightblue... is this available in hooks?

When we write a notification for a request, it would be nice to use the requestId for full end-to-end tracking.

I don't know if it would be accessible in a hook or not. The magic happens [1] in the LoggingFilter, but it is part of lightblue-rest and so would not be guarenteed to be set in lightblue-core. That said, I do set the key/value as a header on the request, so theoretically if you had it you could grab the value from the headers.
