[REQUEST] Popup UI: Minor Changes, Big Improvements

Note:
These should not be a lot of effort but will for sure make a better experience.

Popup UI Improvements

Script Listing

Issue:
Scripts in the popup are currently shown alphabetically, regardless of their enabled state. This requires scrolling to check if a script is enabled or running on the current site.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a way to group scripts by enabled/disabled state.
• Alternatively, add a toggle button (similar to JS and CSS buttons) to show only enabled scripts.

Other Scripts Section

Issue:
The "Other Scripts" section takes up unnecessary space, especially when there are many scripts.

Proposed Solution:

• Make the "Other Scripts" section collapsed by default and expandable, reducing popup size.

Info Section (Script Info/Details)

Button Clarity

Issue:
The buttons at the bottom look identical for both enabled and disabled scripts, the 'Run' button specially causes confusion.

Proposed Solution:

• Dim, change the color, or remove the "Run" button if the script is disabled.
