Problem Statement

The application requires all Darling Data supporting stored procedure to be created in the master database. I would like to have them in a utility database and still be able to reference them from the a[pplication.

Proposed Solution

Please add a setting to specify a different database for storing the Darling Data supporting procedures.

Use Case

I would use this to keep master cleaner and be able to keep all my admin stored procedures in a single database.

Also a worthy adversary. Lite managed to avoid external dependencies until now. Gonna need to think about this one a bit. Not sure if I want to keep this quite as it's currently designed.

Fixed in PR #573 — added per-server Utility Database setting to Lite. Set it in Add/Edit Server to point sp_IndexCleanup at a database other than master.
