stepped:install didnt work

Hi @adenta - I just tried it and no problem. Have you perhaps missed running bundle install?

Here's what I did successfully just now:

rails new stepped-install-test
cd stepped-install-test/
bin/rails -v
# Rails 8.1.3
bundle add stepped
bin/rails stepped:install
