We will take a look at this but it might take us a little time.
In the meanwhile - if possible - take a look at our Terraform Provider - https://registry.terraform.io/providers/env0/env0/latest/docs/resources/environment

It already supports TTL, and in general is much more maintained and used, and supports much more options and use cases for using env0. Could that help you here instead of using the CLI?
