Update to new openpgpjs to support elliptic curves #11
Description
The current version v0.10.1 doesn't even seem to work on web pages (including in the demo form page)
I have the older v0.7.2 and that one works properly.
But the openpgpjs is already in version v3.0.9 that also supports elliptic curves, that are a very interesting addition to make the necessary code smaller and probably more secure.
