Test delayed worker pool start scenario

1. Test scenario: user submits worker pool job to queue from ME and ME needs to wait a lengthy amount of time for the worker pool start.

• Can query job status every minute or so using pool.status()
• If ME is a "local" script / notebook, how does this work -- will script stay alive over multiple hours / laptop logins, etc.?
