Ingest all embabel repositories and drivine4j READMEs as RAG sources

Problem

Jesse sometimes returns links to internal documentation that resolve to dead ends on GitHub. This suggests the ingestion sources are incomplete — not all embabel project READMEs are being indexed.

Proposed changes

• Add every repository under the embabel GitHub org as an ingestion source
• Also include drivine4j
• Ensure the README of each repository is read and ingested

This should improve Jesse's ability to reference correct, resolvable documentation links and give more comprehensive answers about the embabel ecosystem.
