support proof states subscriptions

https://github.com/elnosh/gonuts/pull/107 only added support for mint quotes subscription kinds.

Subscription client was done to get updates on proof state changes in the db. Add support for proof states subscription in websockets when we get clarification on this: https://github.com/cashubtc/nuts/pull/213
