RTL sentences rendered backwards whenever an inline LTR word is present

### What Happened?

On several pages of the site, right-to-left (RTL) text (Arabic/Hebrew) becomes reversed if the sentence contains any left-to-right (LTR) fragment such as an English word or URL.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://elementary.io/ar/
2. Observe the text

### Expected Behavior

RTL words keep their natural order (right-to-left).
