Leading Spaces

I don't think it was ever clearly decided in issue #6 if an extra space at the beginning a line would be allowed or not.

Options:

1. Ignored [Parsers strip leading white space from lines.]
2. Skipped [Parsers treat a leading white space as an empty line, which effectively makes a leading space equivalent to #.]

I'm fine with either choice, Robla favored 1 in #6. If 2 it should be made an official comment marker.

I think there's option 3 and option 4 here:
3. Invalid [Parsers must reject these lines]
4. Undefined [Parsers can choose option 1, 2, or 3, but generators should be discouraged from adding leading whitespace]

Option 1 is still my preferred option (I think), given that it seems likely that handcrafted ABIF files in emails would be nice.

I am in favor of 1 precisely because of the handcrafted e-mails.
