Update to latest Intelli from 2022

This plugin is build for intellij 2021.2. Please update the project that intellij version 2022.2  is used as building platform. if required please upgrade the gradle plugins   id 'org.jetbrains.intellij' , 'org.jetbrains.changelog' to be able to update to that version. 

If an newer version of gradle or jdk is required to do the step please tell and do not create a Pullrequest.
