What and Where
Add a line in VSCode Setup (Windows) Tutorial under the Prerequisites subsection for Step 2 to specify to open the Ubuntu terminal (rather than something like Powershell).
Why
This just specifies things for students who may not really understand what WSL is and why they need to be running this in their Ubuntu terminal. (This is an issue I saw when I was having one of my non-CS friends go through the tutorial)
This also stays consistent with the Create a Project subheading in the same tutorial where we specify which terminal.
