Tracksuite-replace buggy

What happened?

• skip options are not propagated to the nodes
• sync-variables option fails with error in line 157 in ecflow_client.py "AttributeError: 'EcflowClient' object has no attribute 'set_variables'. Did you mean: 'set_variable'?"
• Suspend automatically the suite otherwise tasks could be submitted while replacing
• Discuss naming convention for options skip/sync/keep/etc.
