I also wanted to ask if you can add a display of an item, because more than one mod and plugin cannot show an item in your chat.

You have Movable Chat enabled, toggle it off (find key in settings, default is right control)

Could you try disabling your resource pack and seeing if you have the same problem?

The rest of them are built into the game and I can't exclude them even if I delete the mods.

I checked everything the same way, even without mods, except for your chat

3. What happens if you send the [item] in ALL chat AND bazaar chat? (Turn off skip others or whatever)

[on Forge through the sinytra connector, but any plugin also doesn't work in your chat unless it's a standard ALL chat.]

without your ChatPlus mod, everything works on the chat interface, even with LegenraryTooltips
