New page in the "overview" of the docs for "supported by"? We can make the landing page (https://earthaccess.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) more succinct and bring more visibility to our sponsors by giving them a dedicated page. IMO anything the user has to scroll to see on the home page has a penalty to its visibility.

Combined with #1253 , this would leave only "Welcome" and "About" sections on the landing page, and I think that's perfect :) Perhaps we can also have a "Thank you" section that's one sentence expressing gratitude to our sponsors, and then links to the sponsor page. Then we maximize the visibility to our sponsors by giving them a dedicated page and show their importance by thanking them on our front page.
