itsfvgui.exe crashes with System.IO.DirectoryNotFound

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Files
2. Task -> Validate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
e. g. Export Artwork to Album folder. Instead of this the program crashes due 
to System.IO.DirectoryNotFound

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
