What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. initiate a Onetouch Syncrhoclean
2. After it asks you if you want to add new tracks you will get the error
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
intended to have synchroclean finish, it did not
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm u sing iTSfv 5.61 beta on windows 7

This error has appeared several times, I would attach the error file, but it's
just the same message over and over again. The message is as follows:
