Only for manually entered QSOs does a QRZ.com lookup to fill missing data take place.
It does not happen when a QSO with missing data is edited.
It does not happen when a QSO is logged from another application over UDP (e.g.FreeDV WSJT-X etc.)
The only way to grab the data is to edit the QSO and use tools -> QRZ.com tools... -> Check the current callsign in QRZ.com. Then the data is entered in the entry boxes and can be saved.
This is despite having "Tools -> QRZ.com tools... -> Check always the current callsign in QRZ.com" already checked.
This is a very old regression as it did once work fine for edits!
