Change NAMEDATALEN to 256 characters

This is pretty easy so the main thing is showing how it changes on disk and in memory db size:

1. Fix regression tests.
2. Get size on disk and in memory with 10K tables
3. Reference Tom's email from when it was increased to 64 and compare average server memory sizes since then.
