Avenger Blood Mark cooldown indicator not cleared when it is reset

Avenger's Blood Mark can be reset (with W seal or Endless Loop) but the cooldown indicator is not updated.

As a side note, Rider 4's Via Expugnatio does not have a cooldown indicator. It can be reset as well, if the cooldown indicator gets implemented.

I believe blood mark was once unresetable quite some time ago.... If dun intends for it to be resetable I think removing the cooldown modifier is probably more appropriate.
