Some status inducing moves incorrectly show as damage dealing

For example, the description for a weapon move will be:
35 Damage
Target Party
Reflect

On using these moves, it does target yourself or party, but no damage is dealt. The animation is an attack to the target, which is kinda funny.

This also happens for enemies, too. You can't see the values, but they do an attack animation for self-buffs.
