Describe the bug.
When I try to download the .net sdk through the c# dev tools walkthrough, it says the download has timed out a couple seconds after it starts, even though I have updated the timeoutacquisition to 1200 seconds.
Please attach log file(s) here if you have any.
The log file location should be copied to your clipboard if you came from VS Code.
Reproduction Steps
I'm not sure how you would reproduce the bug, I'm just looking for an answer.
Expected Behavior
The .net sdk should've installed normally, but the timeout seems broken or something.
Exceptions & Errors (if any)
No other errors. It used to have more errors, so I may have fixed something.
