Consider adding support for docker cli environment variables

Like when using Testcontainers, it would be nice if this library (or a complementary one) handled docker cli environment variables like DOCKER_HOST, DOCKER_CONFIG, DOCKER_TLS_VERIFY, DOCKER_TLS, DOCKER_CERT_PATH, DOCKER_CONFIG and DOCKER_AUTH_CONFIG.
