Adds onchain/offchain gameplay classification to all 26 remaining gj8 entries that lacked the field. Removes playability field from all gj8 entries as it's no longer rendered in the judging UI. - 23 entries classified as Onchain - 6 entries classified as Offchain Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
