Some of the current issues:
- Improper bubbling of stack traces for
InternalExceptions
- Incomplete testing of errors.
- Some extra tests need to be added for some errors
- Current tests need to check the error type and message
- Use different error codes for
InternalExceptions (they all currently use 500). Will need to check if any other codes would be more appropriate.
