Ability to filter list/tables

Add filtering capabilities to areas of app where there are list (i.e. tables, lists, etc.).

Known areas w/ lists:

• users
• customers
• customer contacts

Considerations

Some of the lists do not have a lot of extra space for adding filtering controls near them. W

Possible ways to save on space:

• Collapsible filter component
• Modal filtering component
• Create filtering control components and a filtering component for each lists (tailored to space requirements for that list)
