Improve landing page

From our conversation with Jessica Bassett, Research Facilitator at Oxford, and Kevin Rue-Albrecht from Oxford (SSI Fellow) on 4 March 2026 - it would be good to improve the landing page to explain what usages of the framework are - e.g. for people using the framework for professional development discussions, browsing the framework, creating a profile, etc. A couple of clear actions they can take.

This is an UI issue.
