Need to support "auto" for wg publickey

Now that Oasis SDK fully implemented, we need to support "auto" for public key in both ZTNA ui and in client.

The PR is ready #246 but CI build fails because of the issue #247 . Once the PR #248 is merged, this CI build will succeed and will be ready to merge
