Unable to deploy dingo-postgresql-release

While deploying the release I hit the following error

Error 100: Unable to render instance groups for deployment. Errors are:

• Unable to render jobs for instance group 'router'. Errors are:
  • Unable to render templates for job 'dpg-cli'. Errors are:
    • Error filling in template 'ctl' (line 35: Can't find property '["cf.username"]')

Can you please suggest if there is any issue with the release?
