Hello Eliezer, it seems Cisco Umbrella uses Talos database for site categorization, the lookup at https://www.talosintelligence.com/reputation_center/lookup?search=www.diladele.com does not show any attributes attached to our web site which would force the talos users (and this umbrella) to block it.

May I ask you to attach the screenshot of the blocked page? It might contain the link to follow to submit a ticket to umbrella (I do not have umbrella account myself hence cannot check it).
