Improved cache control for styling #163
Description
The current /static/trix_student/dist/css/styles.css is ill-suited for cache controlling.
We should minimize it, and either add Trix's version number to it (.../style-v1.2.3.min.css) or use fingerprinting to utilize cache bursting.
