Earcut worker in CLI/Static HTML not working?

For anyone who comes across this bug, a workaround for now is to run on the cli:

lonboard data.geojson -o map.html

to export the map to an html file.

Then run

python -m http.server

to start a local HTTP server. Then go to http://localhost:8000/map.html.
