Using the latest version of the SDK sometimes when a customer comes to pay the amount is shown on the screen and the amount shown on the card reader. The customer either presents their card contactless or uses mobile or insert card and the transaction is processed and approved on the GO 2 card reader screen.

However, the SDK screen dialogue box is blank and it stays like that until eventually the error message something went wrong appears.

Payment is taken from the customers account and I have to manually check the MYPOS account to see if the money has actually been received. Sometimes it is other times it is not and therefore my business has lost the sale as the customer has a record of payment so cannot request they pay again.
