Need more contributor information

If this is to be a community-managed asset, we need more resources to help contributors get started, and guidelines for how this repository is to be managed.

Here is a short, but not all-inclusive list of things we should have:

• Contributor getting started guide
• Issue submission template
• Pull request guidelines
• Explanation of how we will handle different Unity versions (different branch per version?)
• Explanation of asset versioning. How will we keep track of changes as we improve and fix?

Please add other things we may need in the comments below, as I am sure there is plenty I am not thinking of 😄

I think a wiki would also be pretty useful for this. Ive integrated this project in unity and had some problems resolving the namespaces and importing the assets, I guess im not the only one who had this to happen - so something like a common pitfalls page in a wiki would be great.
