+Today, during my commute, I watched a Youtube lecture on Digtial Logic Circuits.  
+
+By watching carefully to the lecture on multiplexers and demultiplexers again, I was finally able to understand the basic concepts. After that, I studied sequential logic circuits as well. Although I tried to concentrate for about an hour, I still could not fully understand the material. For that reason, I have decided that I need to make sure I gain a clear understanding of sequential logic circuits sometime this week.

+As for exercise, today was Pull Day, so I did pull-overs, pull-ups, the lat pulldown, the seated row, the low row, overhead presses, abdominal exercises, and stretching.
